Job Description:

As an Account Executive Expansion for the DACH region, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, to meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets. This is a dynamic role requiring collaboration across departments to fulfill client needs and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Understand client needs and explain product value.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, using cross-departmental expertise.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate the fulfillment of client needs.
  • Cross-functional Engagement: Drive new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies within the team.
  • Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate SFDC data for accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Customer Advocacy: Resolve complaints and enhance client experience through process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Build rapport and collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • Located in EMEA.
  • 3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into the DACH market.
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
  • Proficiency in SFDC.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with increasing responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German.
